Postage and handling

Shoe Show delivers only within Australia.

We use registered post for all deliveries and aim to process and deliver your parcel within 10 working days of receiving your order.

A flat rate of $15.00 for postage and handling applies per order. Or delivery is FREE for orders valued at $60.00 and over.

Express postage is available for an additional $5 per pair and must be nominated at the time of placing the order. Express post takes approximately 2-3 working days from the time of despatch anywhere within Australia.

Delivery will be to the delivery address nominated by you between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, except to remote areas or by special request.

A signature is required on receipt of your parcel. For this reason, a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion.  If no one is at home to receive your parcel, a card will be left advising that it can be collected from the nearest post office.

To track your goods with Australia Post call 131118 and quote the consignment number e-mailed to you on despatch of your goods or track your goods online via the Australia Post website.

Delivery fees may be subject to change without notice and will be posted on the website at the time of change. 

The customer is responsible for any postage incurred if a parcel is returned to Shoe Show unclaimed.
