Who is Shoe Show?
Shoe Show is an 80 year old family business based in Western Australia. There are currently seven Shoe Show stores and an online store.
Our philosophy is simple. At Shoe Show we're different. We care about people. We have fun with fashion and we are committed to providing our customers with quality fashion footwear at a reasonable price.
How often is the website updated?
Our website is updated every few days with new product, so there are always great new styles to tempt you! We also upload information on job opportunities, fashion trends, competitions and new store openings on a regular basis. Join Club Shoe Show or Become a fan of our Facebook Page and you'll never miss out on new arrivals, special offers and promotions.
Do all the shoes in store appear on the website?
No. The shoes appearing on our website are just a sample of the hundreds of different styles and colours available in store!
I have seen a shoe in a Shoe Show store (newspaper or magazine) but it does not appear on your website. Can I still order it on-line?
Sure. Simply e-mail email@example.com with the name, brand and/or a description of the shoe and the size you require and we'll let you know if it's available. If it is we can post a special link for you for a short time, so you can purchase it online.
What if my order hasn't arrived after ten working days?
We aim to deliver your goods within ten working days of your placing your order. However delivery times do vary and depend on the postal service to the destination. Public holidays can also interfere with normal delivery times.
To track your parcel online, use the tracking number emailed to you when your parcel was despatched. Go to the Online tracking tool on the Australia Post website.
If after ten working days you have not received your parcel, first check with your local post office as they may have tried to deliver your parcel when no-one was at home or available to sign for it. If it is not there, then please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 0410 469 073 as soon as possible so we can help locate it.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently Shoe Show only delivers to addresses within Australia. Saying this however we do have shoe lovers from New Zealand who arrange to have good shipped to friends and family within Australia and forwarded on to them!
How do pre-orders work?
From time to time HIGH DEMAND items (for example Kardashian Kollection) are available for pre-order before arriving in store. By pre-ordering an item your size/bag is secured and will be dispatched to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. An estimated delivery date is mentioned in the description. In the unlikely event that there is a change to a delivery date you will be notified.
