Welcome to the SHOE SHOW ONLINE website terms and conditions. By using our website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Your order
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
When you place an order your credit card will automatically be debited and you will receive an order confirmation which is proof of your order.
In the event that an item you have requested is not available, we contact you via e-mail within 2 working days to let you know. You will then have the option of a refund or choosing another style.
Please note that once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes or change the delivery address after despatch. So please take care to enter details accurately. Email customercare@shoeshow.com.au immediately if you realise that you have made a mistake.
Shoe Show reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.
Paying for your order
Payment can only be made using Visa or Mastercard or via Money Order or Direct Debit by arangement.
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods at the time the order is placed plus the delivery fee if applicable. Sorry no rainchecks.
If the price of an item is listed incorrectly on our website you will be notified of the correct price by e-mail and given the option of proceeding with or cancelling your order.
Vouchers and gift certificates obtained in store may not be used for on-line shopping and may only be redeemed in person at a Shoe Show store.
For security reasons we do not accept orders by phone or fax.
Orders will not be accepted without credit card authorisation.
Credit card security
Shoe Show values your security. We use Camtech an electronic payment gateway endorsed by the major banks including the Commonweath Bank, National Bank, ANZ and Bank West. The Camtech Merchant Server uses 1024 bit RSA/56 bit DES encryption, to ensure that transaction details are protected and cannot be read over the Internet.

Shoe Show values your privacy. Any information you provide to us via this web site is maintained and accessible only by Soul Outlet Pty Ltd (trading as Shoe Show) and its authorised partners in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
