Last time we took a peek at our Shoeaholic's Secret Diary it was Christmas. Her life was a-buzz with parties, friends and of course - shoe shopping!

She also had crush on her work colleague Mr X from Accounts and eventually won him over despite fierce competition from flirty Tina in Sales.

Also a shoe lover Mr X seemed like the perfect man...

Thursday

Last day of the Conference. Think I'll wear my trusty wedges. Figure they'll be lots of standing around, so it makes perfect sense to get up high in comfort.

Patent, suede or smooth? Plain or buckled? Peep-toed or closed? Decisions, decisions. Decide to go patent, closed and plain for a classic, polished look.

Team up with a matching black patent clutch and a smart dress and I'm set to make a good impression.

Friday

Time to kill before I head to the airport, then home.

Ballet flats are the logical choice and the perfect travelling companion as they take up no room at all in my suitcase.

Next time though praps won't take quite so many pairs, as now can't decide which to wear.. studded, plain, buckled, bowed or ruffled..

Choose studded.. team up with tights, short skirt, a white polo and casual jacket.

Saturday

Home now. Message from Mr X saying "We need to talk."

Instantly feel depressed. Reach for ice-cream, reach for chocolate. Then 2000 calories later, reach for my handbag and head to Shoe Show.

Instantly feel better when I slip into a fabulous pair of over the knee boots in easy care micro suede!

Look hot with leggings, oversized bag and cardigan.

Sunday

It's over. Mr X is moving to New York and thinks we should go our separate ways.

Days like this call for one type of footwear - my fave flat boots.

Bundle up in an oversized coat, jeans and a woollen scarf and meet up for coffee and cake with a sympathetic girlfriend.

Monday

Back to work and everyone loving my new mid calf heeled boots . After lunch three girls come back with exactly the same pair but how can you blame them at Shoe Show prices!

Walked by Accounts Department and saw Mr X packing up his office. We do not speak but I see him admiring my new boots and he gives me a wink of approval. I can't help but smile.

You gotta love a male shoeaholic!

Drinks after work tonight so it will be out of my sweet Mary Janes and into a gorgeous pair of eye catching, sky high platforms!

Love the way platforms instantly make you feel sexy! Of all my shoes they have the power to transform my look the most. So it's no wonder that I have so many pairs. Patent, tartan, suede, nude.. I'm spoilt for choice thanks to Shoe Show.

FREEZING this morning so boots are a must!

Take a look around the train on the way to work and see girls wearing skimpy shoes and goose bumps. Poor things they obviously haven't discovered Shoe Show.. but it won't be long cos the word is spreading fast!

Club Shoe Show e-mail today. Brought my niece some cute casual boots online for her birthday. Won't I be the favorite Aunty when they arrive at her door!

Gotta dance off some calories, so go clubbing with the girls. Booties are a great alternative to pumps in Winter.. loving the zips, cuff, studs and button details!

At 2am a text from Mr X "I love and miss you. If we are meant to be, meet me at the top of the Empire State Building on Valentines Day."

My mind goes into a spin.. I'm not sure whether it's love, or simply the thought that I might be just able to justify getting those ivory satin heels after all!

After some thought I text back "No. Meet me at Shoe Show!" - After all if he doesn't show I'll need some serious shoe therapy!
