Who is Shoe Show?

Shoe Show is an 80 year old family business based in Western Australia. There are currently nine Shoe Show outlets across the Perth Metropolitan area. To find out more click here.

How often is the website updated?

Our website is updated every few days with new product so there are always great new styles to tempt you! We also upload information on job opportunities, fashion trends, competitions and new store openings on a regular basis. Join Club Shoe Show and you'll never miss out on new arrivals, special offers and promotions.

Do all the shoes in store appear on the website?

No. The shoes appearing on our website are just a sample of the hundreds of different styles and colours available in store!

I have seen a shoe in a Shoe Show store (newspaper or magazine) but it does not appear on your website.  Can I still order it on-line?

Sure. Simply e-mail customercare@shoeshow.com.au with the name, brand and/or a description of the shoe and the size you require and we'll let you know if it's available.

What if my order hasn't arrived after seven working days?

We aim to deliver your goods within seven working days of your placing your order. However delivery times do vary and depend on the postal service to the destination. Public holidays can also interfere with normal delivery times.

If after ten working days you have not received your parcel, please let us know at customercare@shoeshow.com.au or phone us on (08) 9445 9284 so we can help locate your parcel for you.
