Shipping Information

Please note that delivery is available within Australia only.

We use Australia Post eParcel for all deliveries and aim to process and deliver your goods within 7 working days of receiving of your order. Delivery will be between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you require your shoes by a certain date please order well in advance. Shoe Show cannot guarantee delivery times.

To track your goods with Australia Post call 131118 and quote the consignment number e-mailed to you on despatch of your goods.

A signature is required on receipt of your goods. For this reason, a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your parcel in a timely fashion.   If no one is at the delivery address to receive the goods, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office. 

Shoe Show does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Postage and handling

A flat rate of $10.00 for postage and handling applies per order anywhere in Australia (including the Perth Metropolitan Area).  

FREE delivery for orders valued at $150.00 and over.

Conditions may apply for very large orders.

Express postage is available for your convenience for an additional $5 per pair but does not guarantee overnight delivery.

Delivery fees may be subject to change without notice and will be posted on the website at the time of change.
